get the All Star leagues going

i just got all star and joined limpkin league,it looks like it's dead,although it has 1800+ members.... sigh*

Whats all this league jazz about, the links are dead, what was the league, is there anyway of doing another one? has anyone thought of advertising the site on game sites, try to get it more competitive, also, the webmaster should think about reseting the arcade scores, if there is any question about cheating???????????????????????????
