Proxy IP's and **** [Archive]

Ok, I my IP was banned from a vbulletin forum and I came back on proxies and the guy banned me again, he just thought it was me, he wasn't even sure.

So now when I use a new proxy it still says my IP is banned, and I deleted all of my cookies before switching proxies. What gives?

And is there a way to change my IP?

Click start, then click "run" then type winipcfg, youll see your IP in there, of not then click the combo box, and select the other option, then click release all then click renew all, and BLIZZA BLAM your IP is changed...

Ok, the IP address isn't changing anymore. Is this supposed to work as many times as possible?

its easy ...... go to download.com and download ip scrabler , or try stealing other ppl ip's and use it as your own. i dont know if that ip scrabler is patched or not but it works great in aol and msn.

I clicked start, then run and I put in winipcfg and Windows could not find it...

winifpcfg only works on 95/98/ME on NT/2000/XP you have you goto Start>Run>cmd then type ipconfig when the comand prompt comes up
