Ok, is there any way to find out who someone is if you are the webmaster of a vbulletin site like this and they come back on proxy ips and log onto different ids? Or does the proxy protect EVERYTHING that can be traced back to you?

admin can block subnets...they can block proxies.... and **** no its not really that secure at all...
