LMAO to whoever said creatine is like steroids, creatine doesn't affect hormonal levels but steroids do. All creatine does is increase water retention which in turn increase strength.

Regarding the original question, liquid creatine is bull**** and the only one that works is powdered. If anyone wants a study on the subject I will pull it out. Liquid creatine has ZERO absorption, if you actually get any "benefits" than it is a placebo effect.
