Not trying to say your wrong pope but would they really say it was hacked if it was? I mean if an admin said that he might get in sum trouble. After all the illusion of protection is better than no protection at all! heh

First off, I know it wasn't hacked. And look at the site, www.chess.net, it simply says "unavailable". Wouldn't it say something mean about the site if it was hacked, like immature hackers enjoy doing. My best guess is that the lease on the domain name ran out, and they forgot to renew it. But it could be a variety of other things, hacking not anywhere in the spectrum.
And utah, you really enjoy showing your immaturity. Why would you hope that a nice chess site that a lot of us enjoy playing at would be hacked and gone forever? Why would you want that. How could you be such a jerk for your whole life. I guess because others have rejected you, and you have no one, you wish pain and misery on others, so they can get an idea what you go through daily.

It's because of people like you who actually think chess.net is better than yahoo.

I am not here to argue about its greatness, I enjoy it, and so do others. But to hope it gets hacked and end a place that many people go to play at daily....that is just wrong.

Everyone left yahoo for chess.net, leaving me less competition and less good chat, to go to a WORSE place, that's not cool.

left to go to a place with better competition. And less cheaters, and better lag control. Granted it isnt as user friendly, and abusers like you cant go on their and do all the cussing they want. But it has non stop tourneys, great competition, nice people concerned about chess, not ratings and boosting and progging. I deem it superior.

Crappy interface, unorganized, extremely hard to navigate and chat. And admins is the last thing a site would need. I would fight them all the time and be banned because when you put me in a room full of idiots with power I wind up getting the best of them so they retaliate and ban me out of weakness.

no, they ban you, because normal people dont want dumbasses like you wrecking their site. Granted ive been muzzled many times, but I deserved them all. And the interface took me a good 200 games to get used to, but once I did, it was GREAT!!!
