Idbeholda and Nscopex, and EVERYONE ELSE

I am helping nscopex and Idbeholda out, I am writing code for them that will allow them to connect to a database to allow secure login support, since their program has no login as it is, (a user can log on as anyone), I am also changing some things on the server, and adding a capability to ban users.
