VB help!!!

hey any of you cos im guessing your all good programmers... i've just downloaded VB6 and i'm a noob when it comes to this and i need a tutorial that will work at a good pace so i can learn... if anyone can help then that'd be good :) thanx

Just about any of a 1000 books on the market will do just fine. Get one, start at beginning, do what book says and you'll be on your way in no time flat.

I recommend Peter North's Beginning Visual Basic 6.

It is a great start. And then get his Advanced and Mastering VB.

I cant tell you where to get tutorials but i can tell you where to get 10000 samples of VB source code that ranges everywhere from simple beginers stuff to advanced coding. Thes samples are great for learning and you dont have to type it in just download them, look at the source code, run them and you'll learn how to program fast

Try these two links. They are great. I go there all the time and I have found the answers to many of my VB situations. Also, I think you might find tutorials there but mainly source code.

Also, If you have a licenced copy of VB6 you know that MS has a VB database you can link to from the Help Menu selection item.

Also, try www.msn.com I forgot the exact link but go there and do a search on vb source sample - I was there along time ago and they got some really neat stuff.

BTW: None of the Mini Boosters work. Yahoo made some client changes and Im gonna have to go get the new command sets and the new encryption algorythms before I can update them but the other stuff should work.
