Okay, I can release the messenger without the database login, but I need someone to host the server. This person MUST have a constant connection, If you lie, and you don't, I will find out, and change the IP's that the client goes to.

Post your machine here.

Use the inet.LoadURL function... all you would need is a site that supports file upload, and no other comp needed :D.

No, I have administrative functions on the server, so I need a computer, and the person has to be trustworthy, also, I need a Limpkinw.Com logo for a splash thing.

You can easily emulate "Administrative" functions from WITHIN the program. You have two versions.... the Administration version, and the Client version. Simple enough? Ask nscopex.... he's seen it work :D

Do you mean that the computer must be running all the time or just connection?
