The only thing i could find about it was this

"System Error H8007007E (-2147024770) The specified module could not be found" when attempting to print from a computer running Windows XP
1) Copy the file richtx32.ocx from the root of the Explore Interactive CD to the C:\Windows\System32 folder on your PC.
2) Click on the "Start" button on the task bar in Microsoft Windows.
3) Click on "Run".
4) Type in the following in this box :
regsvr32 richtx32.ocx
5) Click on "OK.

"god" 's help should help you just type in regsvr32 (LOCATION OF RICHTX32.OCX). That should work...regsvr will not look in the System32 folder automatically...so you would type in "RegSvr32 C:\Windows\System32\richtx32.ocx"
