Old Id Password Recovery

Ok i figured id look around and try and find my first yahoo id which i did.
I forgot the password and all that so went to change it and al i get was a blank screen
any ideas anyone?

i put in all the right information and this is what i get

well i thought maybe its because i havent used it since 1998
but i did the same thing with a different ID thats almost exactly as old and it works fine now

i tried several ids from 96, 97 , I was able to get info

maybe it was deactivated for some reason and it isnt telling me?

If you know all the info that was on the id use this e-mail and tell them that you lost the password to a hacker and it was a business id and important information in e-mail and you need the password back.

my-login-request@yahoo-inc.com worked for me and got my id back.

i have an id that when u try to access the sq it does the same thing, i made the id back in 96 or 97. something has happened when i made the id (it was suggested that someone had either deleted the id or was trying to make it at the exact moment i made it) so it has no secret question and yahoo had to be called to get it back when it got cracked

ahem. thats because your alt email on that id is not "verified". and no that id dosnt have a SQ attached to it. you just have to call yahoo and get it back (good luck with that), or you can just change the alt email and try again (if you know how, dont ask me cause i havnt been on this crap for months and i used to do it before. old method ought to be changed by now).
