When I try to get to hotmail I get this but its because of a proxy advoidance junk by websense and I was wondering if anyone kows ANY way of getting by this.

Also I downloaded Trillian and it won't connect because something is blocking its connection and I was wondering if there was any way for me to get this junk to work?

Are you running a Firewall suck as Zone Alarm, or even the XP Firewall? If so, try shutting those off, then if thats not the case, Find software to scan your system for open ports and see whats op and try and find whats using them, ports not to worry about in the scan are (off hand this is what i remember are open on my systems (80 (web), 138(netbios not necessarily turned on), 445(microsoft secure), 21 (if using ftp), 4445 (AIM), 5501(i think is yim), 81-85(usually if downloading with Internet explorer). I suggest "LANGuard Network Security Scanner" for this. www.webattack.com should have it. Then you could find a packet sniffer and watch the packets as they leave your machine as you try and connect and see if you can make sense of them, depending on what your doing the packets will be different and dont be suprised to see a ton of packets running at once that your going to have to decipher through. This may be of a little help, tell me if it was and I'll be thinging of another way If it didnt.

I understand what you are saying but the thing is, what exactly do I delete and how to do it. Also, I am at school on that computer and we are on a network of like 200 some computers.
