Program Release?

Due to increased traffic, Im thinking of releasing certain programs to Limpkinw.com members. But to be fair I can't give it to EVERY member because we'll have new members by the thousands within days and only for a program. To be fair, I need to think of a way for Limpkinw.com members to earn their rights to the program. Any suggestions?

Maybe we should have like contests. Some can be somewhat simple and others could be harder. Also have like programming contest/problems and let people solve the "contest." Another thing is that the people have to have an average of at least 10 posts a week but these posts have to be worth it. Not like cool, hey and super short line posts.
