Sorry for being away while some events had occured. In the future I would prefer that removal of any ADMIN posts be approved thru me before happening. In addition to that the banning of any members the same. If the situation is urgent the admins may do what is best in their own eyes. I will review the situation after. I trust all the admins and staff to use theior best judgement. Please if there is a quarrel between staff try to talk it over in private.

For my part in this.

Nscopex changed and deleted posts of IPC.

IPC warned him about this and he did it again.

IPC banned him " after " he warned him

IPC and I had an extended conversation about the problem and I agreed with the banning.

Until I discovered IPC had banned nscopex for life.

I then " after " another discussion with IPC changed it to a 2 week banning.

IPC felt very bad about the situation and was going to unban Nscopex. Nscopex then created another id and started derogatory posting in shout box.

I permanently banned the other id , under the multi id rule.

The log will however show , possible, that i banned both.

i totally support your move I guess this is my fault because i didnt react properly the first time. i need to create an area for adult oriented posts....in this case i personally do not feel like either party is in the wrong except maybe the derogatory comments he was lookin out for the good of the site i appreciate that. The admins thing here has always been kinda of a joke. We have had a running list of admins who either didnt do there job or did it way over the top. This crap about kids not coming onto the site Kain is just that crap. Lot's of kids come too this site I was a kid when i came to this site and so were some of the admin's on here now. Hell there were kids that were admins when I showed up. So let's all reflect could this maybe be apart of the problem? Kids with power's over a major web site hmmm let's me think. Anyway Im suprised this **** is still going on. It's really very sad it's the reason I stoped posting as much as I used 2 and it's a damn shame cause I liked this site. I have not ever said you made the wrong decision in deleting IPC's posts. I have said you went about it in the wrong way. I was more than happy to leave it between you two. You, however did not discuss your position with anyone. So if " you " now think talking about a problem with other admin's is the way to a solution, why didn't you choose to talk to me first ? Time line is an important thing, you should look at how the time line went in this situation. Leave the gay , your dumb , etc , comments out thank you. As an admin you call other admins alot of names. You might take note on how to respond without the name calling or innuendo. Try not talking " down " to people, it makes Limp's decision to install you as an admin, a mistake in judgment.
