literati protocol

I was wondering if anyone had figured out the protocol for literati. I know from examining the packets that the letters are predetermined at the start (the packet that you get when you join a table is always very similar except for a few bytes). I'm not sure how to get from this to the letter queue. I used to program with Mike (Halcyonical) but I don't know where he is nowadays, and I know he figured this out.... oh well

I figured out the encryption all by myself and everything for chatting in yahoo, connecting, etc, but i can't figure out the damn literati protocol
