This is my new website and u r all welcome to come have a look, it will be a centre for my other sites to feed off, i'll make a chess and progs site linked to it so add it 2 ur faves!

Ive added bits and updated the links now..i'll add an 'about me' section and put all the 'buds sites' on another link so the main page isnt too cluttered! :).....READ IT DAMNIT!!

Well for one the b-day crackers you have to be registered for but the other one that does work isn't completley fixed. Other than the layout I would say that you should use HTML. Page Builder sucks big time. I know it might have more features but HTML just makes the page a whole lot better looking. If you want I can help ya learn more about it and also if you want a guestbook I would get yourself a free one and make a picture and make the picture a link to it so it looks better. I just used cjb.net to redirect the site name and get yourself a guestbook which I did. Just don't put a Chat Room. It sucks big time.

Oops then, posted the wrong b'day cracker, i got a working 1, jus' needs server, i'll replace the upload later, i tried to put up working progs..the pw changer is good, i like that :)
The backdoor is well reccomded coz when u use that u dont get advertisements popping up when u leave tables..and it took me ages! :)

I started using dreamweaver, then edited bits with notepad, then used pagebuilder in the end....i need a decent package for designing buttons and $hit, i can use notepad to do the rest...its just the uploads suck!

If I was you smev I would just make all the pages using File Manager/Notepad. Looks a lot better than PageBuilder. What I don't know is how do yall make pictures like that? Like you has Smev with blue and lighting in it, how in the world do you do that?

My friend did it using adobe i think, hes like...16 so its quite good, im 18 soon but hes a cool guy, im gona finish the site a bit more (add an about me thing-i was asked to make more personal), add credits for ppl that helped...replace the b'day cracker and general tidying up!I might do it after i finish replying! :)

hehe...i wish! :) just spoke 2 ya on ym!...anyways...i adjusted some bits on my site..working b'day cracker now :) and the friends bit is up...etc...im gona edit and add few more bits tomorrow hopefully..keep checking :)...200+ visitors in 4 days...grr...not bad i s'pose since i havent been trying as hard as i could :)

I jus' wana some 'smev' logos and moving gifs for the different pages, adding an about me bit with pis of me and my gf, i'll add a credits bit for all logo designers and couple of other bits..i changed the counter, i prefer the new 1

cool domain..how much? I added some logos to the links section and im gona add a thank you page...travis if u know how 2 edit my counter to make it more true coz it was 240ish when me and john reset it..so if we made it 300+ish now and set it it'd make a better representation

Just setup a cgi counter. If you do theat you get to make your own number / counter styles. About the domain. they dont cost anything man. You can register domains for under$10 now.

Its not that hard man. I never took courses and im good at it =) I dont use adobe though. You should try Paint Shop pro 7.

yeah...gimme few days..i think ive found a good hosting package..$9.95 for 50mb webspace and the usual $hit! Its stafford's reccomendation ..www.godaddy.com ...if any1 has any better/cheaper alternatives..leme know in the other thread!
