javascript:window.open

I used this function to shell a player's game history in a new window. However, on the page I called it from it goes to a blank page with "[OBJECT]" on it, as you can see from http://mark.limpkinw.com/speedlist.php. The code I have is

Whereas $pieces[0] is the username.

I don't know what ur trying to say here mark, but u can erase game histories and reset ratings back 24hours if u play with it, ive done it a few times, i have, however messed more ids up than ive 'saved'.... could be a bit clearer pls? Sorry...

Yeah, Andy is right. I meant shelling a player's profile after there name is clicked. I am making a ranking list and when someone clicks on the persons username, I want it to shell that player's profile in a window. When I used javascript:window.open($url); It would always change the page with the standings on it to some blank page with '[OBJECT]' on it. I am not using window.open function anymore though. I found <A HREF=URL TARGET=WINDOW> is better. Although, I would still like to know why the page would always print out [OBJECT].

Not too many are still vunerable to this bug ie has patchs for it its good idea to update ie to prevent this :)

Unfortunately.. yeah it is.. i think limp is gonna ban his router if he doesnt stop making fake referalls, reduce his signature size and stop being a posting whore ;) .. otherwise i already got ya ip.. lol
