ive just started to crack ids and this ultrs cracker is a pain in the a$$. could anyone tell me what do do with the list of servers and proxys. i have endless lists but i dont know where to put them or if i have set it up right........ plz help

hehe...ultra is so simple once you figure it out...it's the thing to use. i went from Info cracking: 3 to Ultra Cracking: 200+ in about 1 month. and i wasnt on that much, but i was hitting like 30 a day.

Much harder now ... I hit maybe 1 or 2 a day, but it is coming along :).
I got some really nice IDs too...

i've been runnin smokin 3, but somehow i always go back to ultra, even though i ran the same list of idz and the same list of pws for about 2 weeks and didn't hit a thing, loaded em all up on smokin, hit a lot of those names ultra was missin, so i switch back and forth now.

I run a list of 87 000+ names, 60 sockets, 100-200 proxies, 20 servers.

i dunno why but i been running like 200 proxies, (usually i used to run like 1500+) , about 4 servers (used to use about 15), and like 25 sockets. (used to use 60) i only run small name lists, like 60 names, with a custom made PW list, about 33 long. and viola i hit at least 3-4 out of the list. then i switch name lists.
man i scanned like 400,000 names and had a big list of like 20,000 spaced names ready to be cracked...and my b¡tch brother ****ed the computer up and i lost all my lists (i had like 6 lists)
ahh and he depromoted me from user to just guest...and i cant even get my scanner anymore! or ultra! so im ****ed.

Andy have u tried putting in your own ID's and making sure ur proxies and servers are working?

Try cracking something easy like create a ID list like jose1 - jose1000 then as a pw list type in jose 20 times. u should hit onee of them. but for the harder IDs u have to be much more creative.

To test PROXIES use MultiProxy.
To test SERVERS run on of your IDs and a pass list with your own pass about 20 times (as your sockets don't all hit)

Should help...
I hit about 2 a day just running the list, so not bad.
Goku has a good point of running a short list ... I run about 125 words, it works better to run on a big list or any list and hope for luck rather than picking an ID and try ing to crack it ... IMO.

yea, go to www.yahoo.com and type proxy or proxies or proxy list and you will find a site usually

lol...Ultra DOES work, probably one of the few that does as it uses proxies and actually allows u 2 crack!...lol

some crackers have built in proxy checkers ... like madcracker2.5 ... or you can get MultiProxy ... i have version 1.2a ... it loads a list of proxies and scans them ... :)

if im not going for a huge list of names, i just got to www.multiproxy.org
those always work, get the Unknown/IP ones, with port 8080, 80, or 3128 (port 80 always has the most, like 200 usually)
with around 200 proxies, that can get you quite a bit actually.

yea, i used to use a site that had 5 lists, of about 1500 proxies on each, i would just get them, run 5 proxy checkers, and then combine my 5 lists of good proxies, so i would have about 2000-3000, but that site disappeared. it was updated like hourly i think, (or every 2 hours) which means by the time i needed new proxies, they were up already.

Passlist
Working Proxies
Working Servers
