does any1 no the purpose of th winamp equalizer???? I been chnaging the the level of the bar but the sounds still sounds the same

I don't ever use the equalizer.. just take it off, it does sound the same when you mess with it... dunno what it does or w/e ur suppose to do with it

rap music yes.. rock music no

it does make a big diffrence on rap though...

Dont bother with it.. the winamp equaliser is quite lame and doesnt really have any good effect

I'll make u 1 for the basic volume control if ur really into music but the bass effects on pcs arent really too clever, the winamp is ok (dont get me wrong)..if u are willing to spend ages getting the right settings, and then when u get a different style of song or w/e its fu.cked! :(

Quite true, i got sound blaster live (2 speaker ports = 4speakers) so i got 4speakers and woofer ... wait for it.. 1500w! But i havent playeed around with the equalisers much coz on my playlist i have various types of music and when i set the equaliser for an indy song it sounds $hit for a rock or a rap song.. if u only listen to 1 type of music it could probbly work well

i change settings alot depending on what sounds iwanna hear... Also smev don;t pout your speaklers too close to the monitor
