You own and don't see the help of a prog? Most progs nowadays come with an amazing database of openings, previous matches, etc etc etc!

They can teach beginners and experts a few things easily. Using it to cheat on Yahoo won't get you better but playing the game in long timers will defintely help.

Actually I am going to reinstall CM6k before I go off to college this summer to play against it because I plan on joining a team at college and I need to brush up.

I am a bitch at times i guess but programs are ok to use but not againt your friends. the best chess prog is fritz 7 but if you want free download chessmaster 8000 its free from morpheus or swapnut most people can't beat simple programs so chess master is the best for the time and effort

Ya know, Yahoo was fun a few years ago. I mean, the only people who cheated really were a few people in the top 10, but the rest were players. I, well, I've never used a chess prog before to play for me. I can easily get to 2100 but the lag is horrible. It was fun in ladder, trying to actually get under 30, which I actually did, all playing. Now almost everyone there is all cheaters. :( :mad: (Plus my ID got stolen lmao and whoever stole it can go to hell)

Your threats have no meaning to me, threatening to kill someone you play chess with over the internet, and taking it serious is one of the most immature things someone could say and believe. As for the cheating, i believe i said i never have progged, which i havent, and never cheated on pyramid either. As for cheating, i have taken wins to get into top 10, because no other way to usually get in there(ive earned it twice i think). And yes, i did discover the rating trick and used it to make 2 names that were 0-2, one which was 0-2 at 3000. I have also done some rating manip, but soon got bored and stopped, but the rating manip has been on only cheat ids, never any of my main ids. I also gave that_pope about 1400 wins, only because a0ne gave it 473 losses, so i had to cancel that out to the win % it was at before. And thats about the extent of my cheating.
