I'm just plain confused about this prog :confused:
it's suppose 2 trace ips right? (trace it 2 it's location?) umm different isp's provide different ips right? I mean if ur ip in sbc is 666 and somewhere out there another guy also has an ip of 666 but w/ an isp of att. so which one will the neo trace locate?

Where u get it from? It was on my site, dunno if it still works, yes it traces ips but its not as good as doing a whois trace yourself through dos commands, u enter the ip at the top in the address bar and it'll trace back to their isp, or enter a url like www.smev.co.uk and it'll trace the domain

btw is it possible for 2 ppl 2 have the same ip but different internet service provider?

no, every ip is individual.. if 2 people have the same ip.. they're on the same pc!!! Thats why we knew -vegeta- was all those people! his ip.. lol
