call your isp and ask for a new ip..... most dial up comes from a unique subnet ifyou ban subnet you ban the problem.Then they have to proxy. The problemis aol which routes allits traffic tothe same place. Meaning all of usa aol is from virginia, and you ban every aol user if you ban aol subnet... So do youlose thehits or do you deal with trouble?
